Hi I'm Laurel! 

As a Certified Athletic Therapist, I help people move better, recover from injuries, and stay active, whether that’s on the field, in the gym, or just in everyday life.

I’ve always been curious about how things work and how to fix them, and that curiosity has grown into a passion for helping people move and feel their best. Athletic therapy lets me combine problem-solving with making a real, positive impact on people’s lives.

My approach is hands-on and intuitive. I mix treatment, education, and movement strategies so you leave each session not only feeling better, but knowing how to take care of your body going forward.

At the end of the day, my goal is to help you keep doing what you love, with less pain and more confidence.
